Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes when and how you can cancel a booking and what refund you can expect. Specific conditions always depend on the fare rules shown before payment.

1. 24-hour free cancellation

You can cancel any booking free of charge within 24 hours of payment, provided the departure is more than 72 hours away. The full amount, including the service fee, is refunded to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by fare class

  • Basic — non-refundable after the 24-hour window; only airline taxes may be refundable.
  • Standard — cancellation with a fee defined by the airline's fare rules; the remainder is refunded.
  • Premium — flexible cancellation: full refund of the fare minus payment processing costs, up to 3 hours before departure.

3. Changes to a booking

Date and name changes are subject to airline rules and may involve a fare difference plus a change fee. Changes can be requested from your account dashboard or via support. Premium fares include one free date change.

4. Flight cancelled or significantly delayed by the airline

If the airline cancels your flight or changes the schedule significantly, you are entitled to a full refund or free rebooking, regardless of fare class. Where EU Regulation 261/2004 or similar law applies, you may also be entitled to compensation from the airline — we will assist with the claim.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Once the airline approves the refund, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. FlyRada Points used in the order are returned to your balance instantly.

6. How to request a refund

  • Open Account → My Bookings and select the booking.
  • Click “Cancel booking” and confirm the calculated refund amount.
  • Track the refund status in your booking details and by email.
